01/2014-06/2014, M2R GPX, then 10/2014-08/2015, start of a PhD funded by CGG Mexico, supervised by Nikolaï Shapiro and me. The aim was to propose a methodology for wavefield extrapolation from marine active-source data. With his drive, Fernando published two EAGE papers with us on this project within a year. It laid a very good foundation for Shihao’s thesis, as I learned a lot about representation theorems. During the economic crisis at his company, he unfortunately had to change his PhD subject.
